Product Information Suzanne Garofalo Design jewelry offers exclusive designs and individually hand-crafted pieces made with 14k gold-filled, silver and brass metals, semi-precious and precious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal and a variety of other high quality materials. Each piece of jewelry may differ based on availability and natural variation in gemstones.

To best care for the jewelry, keep away from perfume, hair styling products or body lotions. Some metals and gemstones may oxidize or change color as exposed to air and the above mentioned products. It is also recommended to store the jewelry neatly in an air tight bag with an anti tarnish cloth.

Colors Suzanne Garofalo Design has made the best effort possible to represent the jewelry colors accurately; however color calibration between computer monitors can vary considerably. Therefore there may be variations between the colors displayed on your monitor and the actual color of the items you are buying, particularly gems which naturally vary in shape, size and color.

Shipping Information: All Suzanne Garofalo Design jewelry items are limited and hand made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for normal delivery. Please make a notation at checkout or contact Suzanne at info@suzannegarofalo.com or by phone at 973.879.7820 if you have a specific deadline – every effort will be made to meet your time frame. The delivery time for custom-made pieces may vary depending on availability of components.

All packages are shipped via Priority Mail by the United States Post Office, unless otherwise requested. Normal transit times range from 2-7 business days. If you supply your email address when placing your order, an email with package tracking information will be sent for your information.

Return Policy: Each piece of Suzanne Garofalo Design jewelry is made to order with great care. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within five (5) days of receipt for exchange. To exchange an item, please send an email to info@suzannegarofalo.com within (5) five days of receiving your order. You will be contacted with instructions for returning the order. Jewelry must be returned within (5) five days in its original condition and packaging before the exchange can be made. Please insure any returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All shipping fees are non refundable. Custom made and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Repair Policy In the event that your items become damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair them free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately and within 24 hours of placing the order at orders@suzannegarofalo.com You may cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after it has been placed provided we have not begun processing it.
